Data Analyst (PL490)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Integration and Analysis Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data integration patterns, data analysis, and querying concepts, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with business, development, and architectural team members. The Data Integration and Analysis Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security, while providing valuable insights through well-structured reports and analyses.

Duration: 5 months

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data integration, data analysis, and database management.
• Proficiency in data querying languages (e.g., SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of data integration patterns, source-to-target mappings, and data transformation techniques.
• Familiarity with Data Lake, Master Data, and Reference Data concepts is a plus.
• Knowledge of data security and privacy considerations, with a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Experience with ADP payroll applications or similar systems is advantageous.
