QA (PL431)

We are seeking a QA tester for our client in the consultancy industry. This is a 3 months 100% remote opportunity with a possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze business requirements and system specifications
• Develop effective strategies and test plans
• Execute test cases (manual and/or automated) and analyze results
• Evaluate product code according to specifications
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to project team
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Adhere to Global Technology Operating Model (GTOM) requirements for testing
• Sense of ownership as the last line of defense to ensure delivery of high-quality application

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
• Experience in project management and QA methodology
• Experience with Agile frameworks and regression testing
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Working knowledge of test management software
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Strong organizational skills
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
