Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Development and Strategy:
    • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets specifically tailored to brand and marketing initiatives, with an understanding of the technical aspects involved.
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall brand and marketing strategies that may involve technology-driven solutions.
    • Formulate creative strategies that resonate with our brand identity, incorporating innovative technological elements where applicable.
  2. Team Leadership in a Creative and Technical Environment:
    • Lead and inspire a cross-functional creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment with an appreciation for technical considerations.
    • Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring each team member understands their role in contributing to the brand and marketing projects, including those with a technical focus.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting creativity while considering the technical feasibility of solutions.
  3. Communication and Collaboration in a Marketing and Technical Context:
    • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, clients, and external vendors, with a focus on marketing objectives and technical requirements.
    • Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, design, content creation, and technology, to ensure cohesive and strategic project execution.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries and updates, maintaining a balance between creative elements and technical considerations.
  4. Resource Management with a Creative and Technical Touch:
    • Manage project resources efficiently, including budgets, timelines, and personnel, with a particular emphasis on creative and technical assets.
    • Identify and address potential roadblocks, proactively finding creative and technical solutions to keep brand and marketing projects on track.
    • Conduct regular project status meetings to assess progress and address any challenges, with an understanding of both creative and technical requirements.
  5. Quality Control for Brand Integrity and Technical Excellence:
    • Ensure all creative deliverables meet high-quality standards and align seamlessly with brand guidelines, while also considering technical excellence.
    • Conduct thorough reviews and approvals of creative assets to guarantee accuracy and consistency in brand representation, with a technical eye for detail.

Job requirements

  • Degree in Project Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a creative or marketing environment, with a strong focus on brand development and technical projects.
  • Technical background or experience leading technology projects is highly desirable.
  • In-depth understanding of creative processes, including design, copywriting, and multimedia production, with a keen eye for brand consistency and technical feasibility.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, especially in a creative and technical context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on aligning creative efforts with marketing objectives and technical requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
