Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gen AI Enterprise Architect, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement the architecture for our company's Gen AI system. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to ensure that the Gen AI system aligns with the company's strategic goals and objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Architectural Design: You will be responsible for designing the overall architecture of the Gen AI system, including its components, modules, and integration points. This involves understanding the business requirements, technology landscape, and data infrastructure to create a scalable and robust architecture.

2. Technology Evaluation: You will evaluate and select the appropriate technologies and tools required for the Gen AI system. This includes assessing the suitability of existing technologies within the organization and identifying any gaps that need to be addressed.

3. Data Integration: You will collaborate with data engineering teams to define data integration strategies and ensure seamless data flow between various systems. This involves designing data pipelines, data storage solutions, and data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and integrity.

4. Performance Optimization: You will identify and address performance bottlenecks within the Gen AI system. This includes optimizing algorithms, improving data processing efficiency, and implementing caching mechanisms to enhance system performance and response time.

5. Security and Compliance: You will work closely with the security and compliance teams to ensure that the Gen AI system adheres to industry standards and best practices. This involves implementing security controls, encryption mechanisms, and access management policies to protect sensitive data and mitigate risks.

6. Collaboration and Communication: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. You will also communicate the architecture and design decisions to stakeholders, including senior management and executives.

Job requirements


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an enterprise architect, preferably in the AI or machine learning domain.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including natural language processing, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning frameworks.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and distributed systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure (must have), AWS or Google Cloud, and related services.
  • Knowledge of data integration techniques and technologies, such as ETL, data pipelines, and data lakes.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance requirements in AI systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
