Engagement Overview
Our consulting client is looking for a PMQA Consultant to support quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery coordination for a SharePoint remediation and migration program. This role plays a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.


Duration: 3 Months Contract (with the possibility of extension)

Job Location: Toronto, Canada

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform side-by-side analysis of legacy vs. converted SharePoint applications to identify gaps

  • Translate findings into well-defined defects, user stories, and acceptance criteria

  • Facilitate client demos and feedback sessions on migrated SharePoint sites

  • Capture business feedback and convert it into actionable items for the delivery team

  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, and schedules

  • Lead stakeholder calls across business and technical teams

  • Track progress, risks, and ensure alignment with delivery goals

Required Experience

  • Experience in PM, QA, or Business Analysis roles within consulting or project environments

  • Strong familiarity with SharePoint and workflow-driven applications

  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and client communications

  • Strong documentation skills (requirements, defects, test cases)

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven consulting engagement
