Art Director & Graphics Designer (PL616)

Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualization:

a. Study design briefs and understand project requirements.

b. Develop creative concepts for illustrations, logos, layouts, and other visual elements.

2. Design Execution:

a. Create graphics using design software (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

b. Ensure consistency in color schemes, typography, and layouts.

3. Collaboration:

a. Work closely with copywriters and the creative director to produce final designs.

b. Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs as needed.

4. Testing and Optimization:

a. Test graphics across various media (web, print, social).

b. Ensure all designs are visually appealing and align with our brand guidelines.

Location: GTA (Hybrid)

Duration: Full time permanent

•10+ years of graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.

• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with design tools and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).

• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for aesthetics and ability to focus on the finer points of design.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
