Job description
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Account Manager to support our banking client in executing high-impact marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong background in account management, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is client-focused, results-driven, and confident managing multiple marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Lead client onboarding and offboarding processes
Gather and incorporate client feedback to continuously improve campaign outcomes
Act as the main point of contact throughout the campaign lifecycle
Campaign Execution & Coordination
Collaborate with creative, media, and strategy teams to deliver seamless campaign execution
Oversee end-to-end delivery of campaigns, ensuring timelines and goals are met
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics
Analyze results, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations
Present insights and strategic updates to clients regularly
Budget Management
Manage campaign budgets and track spending
Ensure financial accuracy and provide timely budget reports
Market & Industry Insight
Conduct market research to understand target audiences and competitor activity
Stay informed on industry trends, marketing technologies, and best practices
Contribute to business development efforts, including proposals and client pitches
Proactively address challenges and provide solutions during campaign execution

Job requirements
8+ years of experience in marketing account management or a similar client-facing role
Proven success managing marketing campaigns from strategy through execution
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in digital and traditional marketing channels, with a sharp eye for creative and content trends
Background in banking, financial services, or regulated industries is a strong asset
