Job description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Account Manager to support our banking client in executing high-impact marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong background in account management, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is client-focused, results-driven, and confident managing multiple marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

  • Lead client onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Gather and incorporate client feedback to continuously improve campaign outcomes

  • Act as the main point of contact throughout the campaign lifecycle

Campaign Execution & Coordination

  • Collaborate with creative, media, and strategy teams to deliver seamless campaign execution

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of campaigns, ensuring timelines and goals are met

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics

  • Analyze results, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations

  • Present insights and strategic updates to clients regularly

Budget Management

  • Manage campaign budgets and track spending

  • Ensure financial accuracy and provide timely budget reports

Market & Industry Insight

  • Conduct market research to understand target audiences and competitor activity

  • Stay informed on industry trends, marketing technologies, and best practices

  • Contribute to business development efforts, including proposals and client pitches

  • Proactively address challenges and provide solutions during campaign execution

Job requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing account management or a similar client-facing role

  • Proven success managing marketing campaigns from strategy through execution

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficiency in digital and traditional marketing channels, with a sharp eye for creative and content trends

  • Background in banking, financial services, or regulated industries is a strong asset
