GenAI Full Stack Developer (PL854)

Our client is seeking a GenAI Full Stack Developer to design, build, and scale AI powered applications that combine modern frontend experiences with Large Language Models, RAG pipelines, and enterprise integrations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full stack, from building responsive user interfaces to developing backend APIs and AI orchestration workflows. You will collaborate closely with product, UX, data, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and production ready AI solutions.

Full Stack Development

• Build and maintain modern web applications using React, Next.js, Angular, or similar frameworks

• Develop scalable backend APIs and services using Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET

• Implement authentication, RBAC, and secure session management

• Follow software engineering best practices including testing, documentation, and CI/CD

GenAI & RAG Engineering

• Develop AI powered features such as assistants, semantic search, summarisation, and workflow automation

• Build end to end RAG pipelines including ingestion, embeddings, vector search, reranking, and grounded responses

• Integrate with LLM providers such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Hugging Face

• Develop prompt templates, guardrails, moderation workflows, and output validation systems

Data & Integrations

• Integrate with enterprise systems including SharePoint, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and internal APIs

• Work with relational, NoSQL, and vector databases

• Develop data ingestion and transformation pipelines while ensuring privacy and governance standards

Performance, Security & Reliability

• Optimise LLM performance, latency, and cost through caching and token optimisation

• Implement observability, monitoring, and logging solutions

• Improve resiliency using retries, fallbacks, and graceful degradation patterns

• Apply responsible AI principles including privacy, bias mitigation, and auditability

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 to 8+ years of full stack development experience

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#/.NET

• Hands on experience building LLM enabled applications and RAG solutions

• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud native architectures

• Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms

• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and agile delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, AKS, or Azure Functions

• Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex

• Experience with vector databases and embedding models

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Infrastructure as Code

• Understanding of enterprise security and compliance frameworks
