Paralucent is seeking a talented Marketing Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing programs to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Overseeing collection of marketing initiatives to achieve specific business objectives. Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring these programs, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business strategies.

Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid Role / occasionally working on site)

Job requirements

To thrive in this role, you should bring hands-on experience with a range of modern marketing technologies, including:

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing program management or campaign execution

  • Proven track record of successfully planning and delivering multi-channel marketing programs

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Marketing Automation: HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot

  • CRM Platforms: Salesforce or similar (for campaign tracking and segmentation)

  • Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, A/B testing tools

  • Digital Advertising: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager

  • SEO & Web Tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console

  • Content & Creative: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress or Webflow

  • Email Marketing: Mailchimp, SendGrid, Klaviyo

  • Project Management: Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or ClickUp

  • Basic Web Knowledge: Familiarity with HTML/CSS and Google Tag Manager is a plus
