Why This Role Matters

You will lead the delivery of a complex programme in a technical, financial-services environment, bringing structure, visibility and momentum across teams and stakeholders. You will use Clarity financial software and sound budgeting practice to maintain clear programme plans, financial oversight, risk management and delivery reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

•Lead programme delivery: Develop and maintain an integrated programme plan covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions and delivery outcomes.

•Manage financial planning: Use Clarity financial software to support programme budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking and reporting.

•Coordinate delivery teams: Bring together business, product, technology and delivery stakeholders to maintain alignment across workstreams.

•Manage governance and reporting: Create clear programme and project status updates covering delivery progress, budget, key risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and recovery actions.

•Drive risk and dependency management: Identify blockers early, assign ownership, manage mitigations and escalate material risks when required.

•Maintain stakeholder alignment: Facilitate working sessions and governance forums that support informed decisions and realistic delivery commitments.

•Support delivery improvement: Strengthen programme ways of working, accountability and visibility to improve predictable delivery.

Qualifications:

•Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programmes or large-scale projects.

•Hands-on experience using Clarity financial software for programme financial management, budgeting, forecasting or reporting.

•Financial and budgeting experience, including tracking programme spend, forecasts and financial performance.

•Experience developing programme plans, managing multiple workstreams and tracking milestones, risks, issues and dependencies in a technical environment.

•Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, including creating programme and project status updates for senior stakeholders.

•Ability to bring structure to ambiguous delivery environments and translate objectives into clear, actionable plans.

•Experience working with business and technology teams in a hybrid delivery environment.

•Ability to work onsite in the Greater Toronto Area two days per week.

Nice to Have

•Experience delivering programmes in financial services, banking or another regulated environment.

•Formal programme or project-management certification, such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 or an equivalent credential.

•Experience with Agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
