Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Client Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing complex clients in the financial services industry, with a specialization in relationship management and technology projects. As a Senior Client Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the financial services sector.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

Project Oversight:

  • Oversee the delivery of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage project risks and resolve issues.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive client growth and satisfaction.

  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and service enhancements.

Client Advocacy:

  • Serve as the voice of the client within Paralucent, advocating for their needs and ensuring they receive top-notch service.

Performance Metrics:

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction, project success, and revenue growth.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience managing complex clients in the financial services industry, with a focus on relationship management and technology projects.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of financial services, technology solutions, and project management methodologies.

Certifications:

  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
