Job description

We are looking for a seasoned Creative Project Manager to lead cross-functional marketing initiatives for our banking client. This role will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects across print, digital, and film. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and experienced in managing creative teams and client relationships in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Traffic & Resource Management

  • Coordinate project flow across departments including print, digital, and video/film

  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent marketing efforts across various channels

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to forecast workloads and allocate resources accordingly

Client Engagement

  • Interface directly with clients to understand business needs and project objectives

  • Present creative concepts and updates in a clear, professional manner

Project Planning & Execution

  • Create and manage project timelines using BirdView (or similar PM tools)

  • Coordinate deliverables with internal teams including designers, developers, and QA

  • Track project milestones and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

Job requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in creative or marketing project management

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-channel marketing initiatives

  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools

  • Experience with tools such as BirdView, Asana, or Jira is an asset

Preferred Certifications:

  • PMP, CAPM, CSM, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certifications
