Role Overview:
As a Creative Project Manager at Paralucent, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating creative projects across various departments. Your expertise in project management and familiarity with web development tools will be essential. Let’s dive into the details:
Responsibilities:
1. Traffic Management:
a. Coordinate creative projects across all departments (print, digital, and film).
b. Lead marketing efforts, including TV, print, digital, brochures, posters, point-of-sale materials, trade shows, presentations, and marketing videos.
2. Resource Allocation:
a. Forecast and allocate resources effectively.
b. Collaborate with the Creative Director to assign projects.
3. Client Interaction:
a. Liaise with marketing and sales departments, understanding client needs and planning accordingly.
b. Present resulting concepts to internal clients.
4. Project Management:
a. Create and manage projects within BirdView (our core operational software).
b. Optimize workload and assignments across the Creative team, coordinating with designers, UI developers, and quality assurance team members.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years proven experience as a Creative Project Manger.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in brand development and storytelling.
Certifications (Recommended):
• PMP, PMI, CAPM, CSM, SEO, FB, PRINCE2, MPM.
Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, InDesign, and project management tools.
• Familiarity with the latest Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of print production techniques and ability to estimate production work timelines.
• Experience with Basecamp and digital executional processes.
Experience:
• Able to function in a deadline-driven environment.
• 1-2 years of office management experience (preferably in a creative setting).
• Strong multitasking skills with a sense of timing and urgency.
• Proactive self-starter who can follow direction with minimal supervision.
