Paralucent is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager, Agentic AI Platforms to join our team and support a major client in the banking sector. In this role, you will lead the successful execution of a portfolio of AI-driven initiatives focused on agentic AI, cloud platforms, and enterprise-scale transformation.

This opportunity is ideal for a delivery-focused leader who thrives in governance, planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and KPI-driven execution. You will work closely with client stakeholders, technical leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives within a dynamic enterprise environment involving AI-enabled platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise integrations.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in translating strategy and technical vision into predictable, measurable, and well-governed delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership & Governance

  • Establish and manage delivery governance frameworks, operating cadences, and execution models for AI platform initiatives.

  • Own delivery plans, milestones, reporting, and stakeholder communications across business and technology teams.

  • Proactively identify, manage, and communicate risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

Agentic AI Program Delivery

  • Coordinate the delivery of initiatives involving agentic AI, enterprise workflows, cloud-native services, and business process transformation.

  • Partner with architects and technical leaders to convert strategic and architectural decisions into actionable delivery plans.

  • Drive initiatives through discovery, design, development, pilot, and production phases with clear accountability and governance.

KPI Management & Reporting

  • Monitor delivery performance through defined KPIs, including quality, timelines, stakeholder satisfaction, and milestone achievement.

  • Provide structured, data-driven reporting that highlights progress, risks, dependencies, and required decisions.

  • Ensure transparency and visibility across all workstreams and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary liaison between business, operations, product, and technology teams.

  • Build alignment across multiple stakeholders while maintaining focus on delivery objectives and business outcomes.

  • Facilitate discussions that balance business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.

Team Leadership & Resource Coordination

  • Lead cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Engineers, QA professionals, Architects, and Platform Support teams.

  • Support resource planning, prioritization, and workload management across multiple initiatives.

  • Coordinate delivery activities across teams, vendors, and strategic partners.

Delivery Readiness & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure readiness across environments, integrations, release planning, operational handoffs, and support processes.

  • Promote disciplined risk management, release governance, and post-implementation reviews.

  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, governance standards, and AI solution implementation methodologies.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, Project Leadership, or Technical Delivery Management within complex enterprise technology environments.

  • Demonstrated success leading delivery governance, operating cadences, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications across large-scale, multi-workstream initiatives.

  • Experience delivering solutions within technically complex environments involving cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure), enterprise integrations, and modern software delivery practices.

  • Strong expertise in project planning, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, escalation management, and executive-level communications.

  • Ability to effectively partner with architects, technical leads, and engineering teams while maintaining a delivery-first leadership focus.

  • Experience managing distributed teams, multiple stakeholder groups, vendors, and structured governance frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting initiatives involving Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (GenAI), Agentic AI, intelligent automation, or workflow and platform modernization programs.

  • Experience working within financial services, banking, or other highly regulated enterprise environments.

  • Exposure to lending operations, servicing, workflow management, or process execution is considered an asset but is not required.

  • Familiarity with KPI- and SLA-driven delivery models, governance frameworks, and production-focused delivery practices.

  • Experience supporting change management, release readiness, operational transitions, and platform stabilization activities.
