Job description
Paralucent is seeking a talented Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to engage customers throughout their lifecycle with our company.
Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for optimization and personalization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Marketer with lifecycle marketing experience Can do program level strategy & planning – client journeys & personalization design Experience with managing implementation/execution of client journeys (e.g., in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable platform)
Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid / occasionally working on site)
Job requirements
+6 years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Marketo
Proficient in journey mapping, email automation, and triggered workflows
Strong skills in segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email editing and responsive design
Familiar with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
Experience using customer data platforms (CDPs) or CRM-integrated tools
Ability to design, implement, and optimize multi-touch lifecycle programs
Strong understanding of customer journey strategy, onboarding flows, and loyalty campaigns
Bonus: Experience with SMS, push notifications, or in-app messaging platforms
