Job description

As a Marketing Data Analyst at Paralucent, you’ll play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting data to drive marketing strategies. Your insights will shape our campaigns and enhance our decision-making process.


Responsibilities:


1. Data Analysis:

a. Develop, execute, and optimize complex SQL and big data queries.

b. Retrieve and analyze data using SAS and SQL.

c. Synthesize insights from qualitative and quantitative sources.

2. Data Management:

a. Export and import marketing data from disparate systems.

b. Perform data cleansing and merging functions.

c. Ensure data accessibility for stakeholders.

3. Web Analytics:

a. Analyze website traffic sources, patterns, and conversion funnels.

b. Implement tagging and web analytics code for tracking online properties.

4. Campaign Tracking:

a. Define governance for campaign tracking across online channels.

b. Collaborate with marketing teams on A/B and multivariate testing strategies.


Location: GTA (Hybrid)

Duration: Full time permanent


Job requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Certifications (Preferred):

• SAS, CWA, AWS, IQ, BI.


Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis.

• Familiarity with Python, Tableau, and big data technologies.

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to derive actionable insights.


Experience:

• Exposure to online attitudinal and behavioral measurement tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Math, Physics, Statistics, etc.).
