We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist with proficiency in the Microsoft Azure stack to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the implementation of machine learning algorithms and lead the mentoring of junior team members. Experience working with offshore teams would be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning algorithms using Microsoft Azure Machine Learning tools and services.

2. Lead the design and deployment of predictive models and data-driven solutions that have a direct impact on business outcomes.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.

4. Collaborate with offshore teams, fostering a productive and efficient remote working environment.

5. Interpret and present data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and actionable insights.

6. Stay up-to-date with latest technology trends in data science and machine learning, and apply these learnings to drive innovation within the company.

1. Proven experience as a Data Scientist, preferably with a focus on Microsoft Azure stack. 2. Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their implementation. 3. Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development. 4. Experience working with offshore teams is desirable but not mandatory. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Ability to translate complex findings and results into a compelling narrative for a non-technical audience.
