Job description

We are looking for an expereinced IT Project Manager for our client in consulting. The IT Manager will lead and deliver technology projects supporting infrastructure and corporate real estate initiatives, such as office fit-outs, data center moves, network upgrades, and smart building implementations. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure alignment of IT solutions with business objectives for new and existing corporate spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and close IT infrastructure projects related to corporate real estate, including office relocations, expansions, and technology upgrades.

  • Liaise with stakeholders from IT, Facilities, Corporate Real Estate, and external vendors to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication to stakeholders.

  • Oversee procurement and deployment of IT equipment (network, AV, security systems, etc.) in alignment with real estate project timelines.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Track project performance, prepare status reports, and present updates to senior management.

  • Facilitate user acceptance testing, training, and transition to operational support teams.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation within project teams.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 5+ years of project management experience in IT infrastructure, preferably within corporate real estate or facilities projects.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.

  • Proven experience managing office fit-outs, data center migrations, or large-scale IT deployments.

  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure, AV systems, workplace technologies, and smart building solutions.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
