Location: GTA (Hybrid) Duration: Full time permanent Role Overview: As a Technology Strategist at Paralucent, you will play a crucial role in client project delivery. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technology solutions that align with business objectives and drive innovation. Your expertise will envision innovative solutions, guide project planning, execution, and successful implementation. Responsibilities: 1. Envisioning Innovative Solutions: a. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, goals, and brand identity. b. Beyond addressing immediate challenges, you’ll envision transformative solutions that leverage emerging technologies, enhance efficiency, and position our clients for long-term success. 2. Solution Design a. Work closely with clients to understand their needs, goals, and brand identity. b. Develop technology strategies that address business challenges and enhance efficiency. 3. Project Management a. Lead technology projects from inception to completion. b. Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. 4. Stakeholder Engagement a. Engage with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution. b. Foster strong relationships and manage expectations. 5. Risk Assessment a. Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies. b. Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed. 6. Technology Trends: a. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. b. Provide thought leadership within the organization. Qualifications: • Proven experience (10+ years) in technology strategy, project management, or consulting. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities. • Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., ITIL, PMP, TOGAF) are a plus.
