We are currently seeking a UIPath RPA Developer to join a project for one of our clients in the consultancy industry. This is a 4-month contract role, with the possibility of extension.

Responsabilities:

  • Design and develop UiPath automations following industry best practices and design standards.

  • Build new UiPath processes using REFramework principles to ensure efficiency, scalability, maintainability, and clarity.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive solution documentation.

  • Provide ongoing support for existing automations, including implementing change requests through a structured change control process.

  • Mentor team members on UiPath best practices, development techniques, and coding standards.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in daily operations of UiPath processes, providing timely responses and solutions.

  • Work within defined project planning constraints, proactively communicating project risks and issues to the project manager and contributing to the change control process.

  • Develop and document test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases.

  • Provide support to the RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) and business units during UAT and rollout phases.

Job requirements

• 5+ years of professional services experience (ideally banking) particularly in automation projects.

• Extensive knowledge of Ui Path RPA tools especially UiPath Studio/Orchestrator

• Experience capturing and understanding the business process requirements

• Work with project leads on technology platform related issues and provide plausible suggestion for improvements. • Good working knowledge of C# or VB Script.

• Hands on experience in Excel, Macro, etc.

• Should be able to support integration of UiPath with SQL server and WEB services

• Experience in Web, Desktop, Microsoft applications (like Excel, outlook) and SAP based automation.

• Should have knowledge on version control and configuration management tools such as TFS/DevOps.

• Independent and ability to work with minimal supervision Education/Training

• A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

• Certified Advanced Developer (UiPath) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Solid understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution

• Willingness and ability to blend business analysis with hands-on configuration and development of automated solutions

• Strong written and verbal communication and technical writing skills coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating operations with technology skills.

• Comfortable researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

• A high level of motivation, strong work ethic and self-starting attitude.
